“One of the biggest things for us is lot tracking through our entire manufacturing process from sourcing raw materials, to subcontractors, to in-house manufacturing, and sales to end users and commercial loaders. “Bista has helped us implement Odoo and make changes to it where generic options did not work. So [they are] an excellent partner that’s available 24 hours a day as we need them to make changes, [and] to help us work with our people and train them.
