• Vendor portal is a common Platform between Vendor and our Organization to interact & communicate about Purchase Order status online, real time. Portal access can be given to a Vendor user who has the necessity to have access to our System, to view certain documents or information in the system e.g Purchase Orders released.
• Via Vendor Portal, Vendor User can have read/view access. He or she will not be able to edit any document in the system. But able to review PO released and can update the Order status e.g. Confirmed, Processing, In Production etc. Portal can also enable interaction in case of issues with an Order and the Order can be Placed on Hold till the time the issue gets resolved. Online,  real time communication via Vendor Portal is backed by automatic email triggers.
