Bista Solutions has a number of years of expertise in analyzing the requirements offer fully fledge PSA software and developing applications to meet their business PSA software for small & large companies needs.
The Challenge:
The Organization was facing some of the key challenges:
- MineRP is very professional company with huge number of employees. Their HR Team was facing challenges in maintaining employee records, leave management and expenses.
- The administration and accounting operations were not on track.They wanted a system which can help them to manage sales, purchase and Accounting.
- It was becoming difficult for Project managers to maintain Projects Status, Reporting system and Time sheets.
- MineRP also required a reporting intelligence tool integrated with Business software
The Solution:
After Requirement gathering with MineRP Bista released that MineRP required a complete ERP System where they can smoothly manage all their operations.
Bista customized the open source ERP system, developed modules such as
- Human Resources
- Sales and Purchase Management
- Finance and Accounting
- Project Management
- BI Reporting System
The Impact:
- After customizing HR module it became easy for HR managers to maintain all the records of employee’s history, manage their approvals, leaves and expenses.
- The accounting module empowered MineRP to effectively handle accounting and budgeting activities
- The Project managers were happy with the new system implemented. There was no more difficult for them to manage the projects, time sheets and status.
- The Business Intelligence Integration with Odoo helped MineRP to eliminate guesswork, to get key metrics reports and to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
