Nous recherchons un(e) consultant(e) fonctionnel(le) Odoo expérimenté(e) et dynamique, parlant français, pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal. Ce poste consiste à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires, configurer des solutions Odoo adaptées et favoriser la transformation numérique par l’optimisation efficace des processus.
Responsabilités principales:
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins des clients pour concevoir des solutions Odoo sur mesure.
- Effectuer la cartographie des processus d’affaires et l’analyse des écarts.
- Configurer et mettre en œuvre les modules Odoo (Ventes, Inventaire, Comptabilité, RH, etc.) selon les besoins des clients.
- Former les utilisateurs finaux et offrir un soutien après la mise en production.
- Agir comme intermédiaire entre les équipes techniques et les utilisateurs d’affaires.
- Rédiger la documentation fonctionnelle et les scénarios de test.
- Résoudre les problèmes et assurer le bon fonctionnement du système.
Compétences et qualifications requises:
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience en implantation Odoo et en consultation fonctionnelle.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit) obligatoire.
- Solide compréhension des processus d’affaires dans divers domaines (finance, ressources humaines, ventes, etc.).
- Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs mandats clients simultanément.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et relations interpersonnelles.
- Expérience de travail avec des équipes multiculturelles et multidisciplinaires.
Qualifications souhaitées:
- Expérience préalable avec des clients canadiens ou nord-américains.
- Certification Odoo ou formation officielle.
- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en administration des affaires, en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe.

Computer Systems Analyst:
Job Duties: Utilize technical expertise in computer science, analysis, and information systems to analyze and understand the systems requirements in order to aid our solutions team in developing and implementing appropriate solutions. Meet with the client to understand their changing business needs; Identify the appropriate IT solutions to solve the client’s complex issues, either via default Odoo modules or making customized modules; Prepare mock-up screens and story boards based on initial requirements; Manage the project management tool Redmine and assign tasks for the offshore team based on the gathered requirements or change requests; Conduct testing and QA to ensure that the system is performing as expected; Follow up on the tasks completed by the development team, coordinate with QA and explain the various test cases to the QA team; Conduct training session per business department and walk through the initial story board using the latest implementation of the finalized requirements; Gather feedback and adjust requirements as needed; Research and evaluate new Odoo modules to decide if installing them can solve the required customer needs; Keep the servers up-to date and release the new changes that were developed by the team to development, QA and production servers; Ensure a quick turnaround time to solve any production issues or any user experiences issues and provide quick patches to solve any urgent issues in production.
Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related and 24 months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Professional. All must possess experience in Software Engineering, Odoo implementation and migration, Odoo testing, and a programming language such as Python or Java. Positions are based out of 1255 W 15th Street, Suite 810, Plano, TX 75075 and may require relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the United States. Rate of Pay: $143,666.00/year. - Should have good knowledge of GIT.

- Should have knowledge of Qweb for Reporting in ODOO.

- Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment i.e. Data Mapping
- Finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes, i.e. Gap Analysis and prepare a document on the requirements gathered during workshops i.e. Business Blueprint.
- Based on this technical people implement business processes
- Involved in Functional testing and Integration Testing
- Configured Global settings and Enterprise structure settings
- Configured G/L, A/P, A/R, Asset Accounting
