  • Phase II: E-Commerce Rollout (2 to 3 months): Enabled B2B and B2C digital storefronts. This phase required additional time as the website design and user experience were developed entirely in-house by Bista Solutions.

After each phase, a stabilization period of approximately one month allowed for enhancements, process refinements, and the addition of guardrails to ensure operational reliability.
